All rentals include: five large double bedrooms, two small singles bedrooms, full  country kitchen with sofas and woodburner; laundry; BBQ; dining room, drawing room with fire; dining room; separate sunroom ; furnished  verandah with elevated farm and polo field views; full access to farm trails and river.  Base rate is for 5 guests.

The Poolhouse is available for rental for larger groups.  Very suitable for daytime relaxed family parties.  Ideal for day-after gatherings.  Price includes cleaning and rubbish/recycling and is for up to 40 guests.  Guests thereafter charged at $20/head.  25% discount for renters of Hololio House.

Romantic studio for two person occupancy.  Available only with rental of Hololio House for three nights or more.

For wedding and event guests who attend your gathering, but don't stay.
